Superb!! Chinese Qing Dynasty Ink and Colour on Silk painting by *Du Heng* depicting a night travel to Chibi Jagged Cliff mountain.
杜衡 is the name of the artist, and he was from Suzhou(苏州). The theme on this painting is about doing a tour alongside the jagged cliff 赤壁夜游means travel to Chibi at night.
The piece is framed in a dark wood frame and matted.
We found that *Du Heng* was a known 19th Century Chinese Artist and some of his work had been sold at Christie’s Hong Kong.

The Painting measures approx. 18-3/4″ (48cm) Wide x approx. 15″ (33cm) Tall (Framed).Inside the frame the piece itself measures approx. 12-1/4″ (31cm) Wide x approx. 9-1/4″ (23cm) Tall.

From a Palm Beach, Florida Estate.
