We are a small family run business that has
been operating on the eBay platform for over ten years. 
We initially opened an eBay account because we were liquidating our
former business and wanted to get as much as we could for our equipment and
remaining inventory.  It quickly became apparent to us that eBay offered a
great opportunity for us to start a new venture together and the fact of the matter
was, we enjoyed operating a business that gave us the flexibility to spend more
time with our 5 children.  We had been in a business that required us to
work excessive hours and we were spending too many hours away from our
children.  We simply were not willing to sacrifice our time with our
children any longer.  Also, we truly enjoyed our experience selling on
eBay.  It gave us the ability to reach a wide range of individuals and
businesses that we were otherwise unable to do in the local business in which
we had been operating.  Over the years the products we focused our efforts
on selling may have changed, but our primary goal has not and that is to acquire
quality items well below market rate so that we can pass those savings on to
our customers.  It has taken us several years but we have finally found
our niche.  We offer a wide variety of new and used Pro Audio/Visual
Equipment, Consumer & Business Electronics and much more.  From time
to time we come across products that might not necessarily be of an electronic
nature, but because we are able to acquire them at a great price, we do so
allowing our customers to take advantage of the deal as well. We hope that

We accept PayPal, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American
Express & Discover.  For Buy It Now purchases payment is due
immediately upon your purchase.  For Auction and Best Offer purchases, per
eBay’s terms and conditions, payment is due within 4 calendar days of your
purchase.  If payment is not made within 4 calendar days we may cancel the
order and relist it for sale.  Please do not hesitate to contact us if

continental United States.  Alaska and Hawaii residents will need to

All orders normally ship within 24 hours of your payment
unless otherwise indicated in our listing.  On the rare occasions when we
are out of town, our shipping times may be delayed.  When this occurs the
expected shipping times will be clearly listed.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available for all products we sell in
the continental United States.  Contact us before bidding or purchasing an
item for the expedited shipping options and associated costs.
International Shipping
We ship internationally through eBay’s Global Shipping
Program.  Shipping costs and times will vary depending on your location. 
All costs and available shipping locations are determined solely by eBay. 
If you are unsure of whether eBay will ship to your international location
place the item in your cart to determine whether the item you purchased can be
shipped to your country and for the shipping cost.

you receive your item.  Items that we sell as “Parts or not
working” are not returnable and our 100% Money Back Guarantee does not

Returns
Please contact us before starting a return so that we can
more quickly resolve your issue.  Any returned item must be in the
same condition as when it was received by you and returned with the original
packaging.  For electronic and computer related products, returns
will not be accepted if the “VOID IF BROKEN” sticker is altered or
removed.  Returns must be shipped using a service with a tracking
number, for proof of return. The warranty does not cover any misuse or physical
damage due to shipping or customer neglect.  When returning an item
it is your responsibility to properly pack and ship the item to avoid damage
during shipment.  If possible take a picture of the item and
packaging before shipment so that in the event the item is damaged during
shipment we are able to provide pictures for any damage claim filed with the
shipper.  If you are returning an item that was damaged during shipment,
please provide us with pictures of the box when it was received by you and any
damage to the item.
