RETURN POLICY
Returns excepted, BUT buyer must pay return shipping, with insurance to cover items total cost and tracking. Pictures must be sent of the return item and any damage you are claiming. Returned within 7 days and buyer must pay all return fees postage and insurance if needed. Must be returned in same condition was sent to buyer, pictures are taken by seller before items are sent. Items must be packed to ship properly, per shipping company standards so to not to damaged the item when returned. Must have tracking to show when item was sent back to seller and when received by seller. Once item is received safely and in same condition the items cost only will be refunded and applied. All shipping is paid by the buyer, when sending item and on sending back returns. Thank you!

We then use both pictures (color may vary due to monitor setting differences, camera flash and lighting) and we use words to make you aware of the items true condition and any issue it may have. We try to show item with and with out flash, to hopefully show the true color as best as possible. Our goal is for the item to be honestly represented and to have quality products that we offer.
