Defective means there is moderate to heavy wear on the ammo cans. There is some rusting along the top, bottom sides. There are no rusted through holes or severe pitting from rust. The metal has sun fading in some areas. Sides and tops have been painted as well. Overall the ammo cans are in good, fully usable condition, they just aren’t as pretty as the others.
